「This was our first trip to Destin, Fl and we hit the jackpot for staying there. We were only a couple minute walk from the beach, right off the 5 mile walk/bike path and walking distance to everything we needed plus a lot more. It was a quiet beautiful little neighborhood. Pool was great and met others who were staying in the other cottages that were loving the area too. Totally recommend this area to stay」

「It was great to be on the first floor. We could pull up with our car and unload our luggage, groceries, our clubs. And we never had to wait for an elevator. We used the hot tub every day. We used the gym a few times a week and the restaurant/ bar was convenient and good.」

Private access to the beach and away from the public portion of the beach, provided plenty of space and a very relaxing time. Sand is white, fine and very clean. We will definitely be coming back!!」

「The property, our room, and the amenities were exactly what I had expected. Trying to get a taxi or Uber to town was nearly impossible, but had no problem when I set up an airport shuttle in advance, they were even early. All in all, I would come back!」

「Everything about this place was wonderful! A beautifully decorated condo that was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owners checked in occassionally to make sure we had everything we needed. Many amenities including two pools, hot tub and private beach. I even forgot something and the owner mailed it to me. What a wonderful place to stay and we may visit again in the future!」

「The property was as listed. A nice quiet, functional get away and be able to have home cooked meals, the ease of getting around in the area. The overall room was a nice set up. The bed sat a little higher than an average bed, so for someone that s short in stature, may need a step of some sort. Everything was comfy, the bed as in all hotels, condos is a touch saggy on right side, but if you arrange your self, it's comfortable. The balcony is nice to sit out on and enjoy the view. 「We had a great stay here! The condo was very clean and I loved the huge balcony and we could see the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped, however, there was not any pantry items like salt and pepper or olive oil. Not surprising but just something to be aware of. It was very quiet and we were able to spread out. Staying for the music festival and it could not have been more convenient to walk there and walk to other places. 」
