「The property was as listed. A nice quiet, functional get away and be able to have home cooked meals, the ease of getting around in the area. The overall room was a nice set up. The bed sat a little higher than an average bed, so for someone that s short in stature, may need a step of some sort. Everything was comfy, the bed as in all hotels, condos is a touch saggy on right side, but if you arrange your self, it's comfortable. The balcony is nice to sit out on and enjoy the view. 「The property, our room, and the amenities were exactly what I had expected. Trying to get a taxi or Uber to town was nearly impossible, but had no problem when I set up an airport shuttle in advance, they were even early. All in all, I would come back!」

Had to call VRBO and they couldn’t get in touch with owner either. No parking pass in unit until we finally had contact with property manager. Also. Fridge had sand inside on shelf’s. 」

「Location, location, location! Wonderful condo right on the beach. We loved sitting on the patio or having the sliding glass doors open and watching and listening to the ocean. Private access to the beach and away from the public portion of the beach, provided plenty of space and a very relaxing time. Sand is white, fine and very clean. We will definitely be coming back!!」

「We enjoyed our stay here. Emily and Ian were extremely responsive and have a great property. Overall we would stay here again without a doubt, but i would love to see a new matress and a new set of pots/pans. 」

「Avant- Stay has always been accommodating to us. We’ve stayed in this same condo twice and a different one just down the road, both managed by Avant stay. This condo has been our family so far, so many memories. Love the quick bench access. No complaints. 」

「Property is well located and we enjoyed the stay with the exception of inoperable elevators. When you are on the 14th floor and the only option is stairs it is quite concerning. At one point there was no elevator option for a period. During our 4 night stay at least one of the 2 elevators were inoperable at all times.」

「We had a great stay here! The condo was very clean and I loved the huge balcony and we could see the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped, however, there was not any pantry items like salt and pepper or olive oil. Not surprising but just something to be aware of. It was very quiet and we were able to spread out. Staying for the music festival and it could not have been more convenient to walk there and walk to other places. 」

「No major complaints. Used to come to this place as a kid so figured I'd revisit it now--it's still just as nice of a spot as it was then! The amenities are a little outdated but it's hard to beat the view and proximity to the ocean. Love this place」
