"I loved Sin Nombre, it was safe, quiet, clean, modern and the staff there was extremely kind and attentive. Right across the street was a Bistro that served hot food and if you wanted you could order and they would bring it straight to your villa. The villa's were amazing!! Just as the pictures showed. There was a crossing guard as well to make sure you were safe when crossing the street. They had transportation waiting if you needed to go anywhere. We found a driver pretty fast that we kept...

"The room was big enough with a living room and kitchen. The private pool was clean and water not too cold in the morning. The location was good with groceries available within a 10-15min walk. There are only very few spa/massage shops around though. The spa in the villa is available, but price is more than 2 times what you get from a shop outside. Service was good. Both the receptionists, the cleaners and the staff in the restaurants were friendly and helpful. I asked if I could order a...

"Friendly Staff. Great quite property with private pool. We book 5 bedrooms, the main building has 3 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms are located on the adjacent building. All bedroom has attached private bath. All the bathroom shared the same hot water heater tank hence if one has used up all the hot water for the bathtub than other need to wait for hot water regeneration otherwise you will get cold shower. Staff delivered welcome drink and fruits to the villa when we arrived and also delivered breakfast...

"Linen, particularly towels were not properly washed and not replaced on daily basis. Had to ask for replacement. Otherwise we liked the property, employess were very courteous. Limited choice for vegeterian breakfast. "
