I found our stay to be quite fine. The room was mostly clean, save a strand or two of hair left by former guests. And the room was just as expected. The front desk associate who checked us in was lovely, as was the woman who was serving as host and breakfast attendant. The "average" rating I gave was because the WiFi was out for our entire two-day stay, which in and of itself I found to be unacceptable, but also out of the control of the staff. What was in their control was how they messaged this inconvenience. When questioned about it, I was told "it's not our fault, it's AT&T." Ok. But no "sorry for the inconvenience," or any accountability for not providing a service that's clearly included with your room. As someone who has worked extensively in custome service, I found the total indifference from the staff on this issue to be disappointing.
