This historic building has been renovated from top to bottom with gorgeous modern finishes. It is hard to believe the home is from 1909 when you are inside! However, your immersion in Historic Savannah is just outside the door. Forsyth Park is less than a city block away from the apartment. While literally hundreds of restaurants and shops are within 2 miles of the home some of the highlights are in the neighborhood section.
The kitchen, dining and living room are one large open floor plan with soaring ceilings.
There is a separate bedroom with a King bed
The bathroom is decorated with Anthropoligie wallpaper and vanity and newly redone from top to bottom.
Designated parking for one compact vehicle and free extra parking on the public street.
This unit is on the 'first floor' but stairs are still required so this is not suitable for anyone who cannot get up a few steep steps to the entry door.
