Couldn't Ask for More
We were in town for a wedding so we didn't spend much time at the property, but we couldn't have asked for more. The property managers were very attentive and offered any information we would like. Clean house, plenty of amenities, in a quiet neighborhood. It was a short walk to downtown Saugatuck and anywhere we needed to go. We would certainly book again!

Great Location
Property is in nice, quiet neighborhood and an easy 10 minute walk to downtown area where plenty of options for food, drinks, ice cream and waterfront. Thanks to Mill Pond for hosting our family!

ADORABLE home...clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. Beds were great, quick walk to downtown (to Phil's...), had a great stay and would rent again.

Great house and location!
We loved the house, it had a great living room and kitchen/dining. Well stocked for cooking! And the basement was so nice with the projector and space for games. We loved walking downtown too. Great place to stay!

Great stay
I recommend this property for your next get away with friends or family. Located approximately 10 min walk from town, 2 minute drive. Everything is easily located, beds were ver comfortable and plenty of space for all.

Family Weekend
This was the ideal location for us to meet my husbands family who all live in Wisconsin. The house is a short to downtown Saugatuck. We were able to share family pictures on the large tv in the living room and were able to enjoy a nice fire outside by the firepit. Highly recommended.

Girls weekend
Nice location for 6 college friends reunion. Easy walk to town and nice yard. Plenty of bedrooms for us. The kitchen is a little small if you want to prepare meals. We opted to eat out so it wasn’t an issue for us.

Saugatuck Get Away
The house fit our needs perfectly. It was in a beautiful area, walkable to down town. Very quiet and peaceful. We all slept well. Nice place!

Much need girl time
Daughter and my niece and I stayed for a girls weekend. It was very nice home to stay in. It was very well appointed. It had every convenience that we needed plus. Very much enjoyed our girl time.

A group of 8 ladies enjoyed a weekend away at this lovely spot near downtown Saugatuck. It had everything we needed and more. It was within walking distance to town, a nice residential area that we felt safe in & sleeping accommodations were plentiful. It is right next to the high school football field but luckily there wasn’t any school functions going on. Clean, updated & decorated very tastefully. Highly recommend
