We were charged $30 extra because of my 2nd child even though the room said it slept 4 people. We were told if we had booked it for 3 people instead of using the default “2,” we would have been charged more through Hotels.com. That was false, as it gave the same price whether I put “2” or “3” people in. Also, it claimed to have breakfast, and in the am when we went to checkin to find “breakfast “, the office was again locked. We had to call the proprietor, who seemed a little unprepared, and after about 10 minutes, he came to our room with muffins and Subway frozen breakfast sandwiches. Needless to say, we were late meeting our party, and my kids would not eat the “breakfast.” We did get an “upgraded room which was cozy, clean, but I would have booked elsewhere if I knew we would be charged extra, and everytime we needed something, we had to call since the office was locked and empty The whole time. Not a terrible experience, just not what I expected due to the description on Hotels.com. I would have chosen somewhere else.
