「We really enjoyed the cottage. It had wonderful views, great places to sit outside, relax and enjoy being in the countryside. The property owner was great and even took us to a local winery. It only took about 20 minutes to drive into Coimbra so we had the best of city and country. There also was a great local restaurant for local style food. I would definitely stay there again. 」

「The house is lovely. We particularly loved the outside kitchen, dining and lounge area and we used this a great deal. The pool was also great. The house is in a good location in a small hamlet but there are no facilities there so you do need to drive everywhere. It is about 20min drive to Coimbra which is a very pretty old city and definitely worth a visit. The Atlantic coast is about 45min drive where there are beautiful long sandy beaches. The only downside for us was the proximity to the A13...

「It's a fantastic place to go with your family, specially with the little ones. The location is perfect, you have access to everything you need ( supermarket, pools, river beaches, restaurants, etc). The house is perfect, you have all what you need to enjoy your stay. Try the olive oil and fresh bread. It's definitely a place to come back in the future. Thanks for everything Gavin and Bianca.」
