「Excellent location, property is decorated antique style as it's name suggests. The breakfast is very good. There are no elevators some rooms only have a small 11X14 mirror in the bathroom. Staff is very accommodating if you ask for more toiletries, towels and water. We stayed here twice on our visit, it's only 15 min away from the airport. Water in shower is not hot...it's warm. There's a pub and coffee shop right next door. Also great eateries nearby all within walking distance. We felt safe...

The room is not so spacious but functionally designed and very cozy. I have stayed almost 3,000 hotels and inns all over the world, including luxurious hotels, and this hotel could be ranked as one of the three best five hotels. 」

「I go to this hotel every week because I go to college and it is much easier for me to stay here than to commute from where I live. There is a restaurant next door, and a small store nearby and you can easily order from the food delivery services too. The hotel is basic, but clean, and while you do need to exercise caution in the areas around the hotel, it is the same as any large city. You can easily get an Uber, or take a taxi as they are always nearby. They do monitor the door, and keep...

「The Intercontinental in Guatemala City is clean, vibrant and offers great service, nice smell in the hallways. It always looks up to date, and it’s not as huge as the Westin next door. Love to stay at the Inter when I come for business.」
