「The place is small, as there are just 4 rooms, but it’s extremely nice and a great place to stay. The room is well appointed, clean and completely up-to-date and the staff is extremely nice and very helpful. They don’t really have room service but they do bring an excellent, healthy breakfast of your choice every day. There’s also a great gathering place on the upstairs deck with a fire pit and a fully appointed outdoor kitchen. Everything is geared towards a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. 」

「Upon arrival we were told not to mention it was a VRBO and that we are the host’s cousins. Upon alerting customer service of this and the notice in the elevator stating short term rentals are not allowed, they said the host said the notice is old and no longer relevant, and the most they could do is a 50$ refund as it did not classify as part of the guarantee to find a place. We left, contacted the general manager of the building, and confirmed it was not allowed to be rented. We contacted VRBO...
