"We loved location, view, and home. We brought our two children and it was a little tight but for price and view we made the best of it. It was kind of in a dark place going to the room. There was some lighting during the day but still seemed dark. It seemed like there was better lighting at night though for some reason. We didnt have any problems though. We would stay here again!"

It is across the street from the beach but” the sand and ocean are just steps away “We were right across from where the wedding party was and the wedding so the location was perfect for us . This suite was good for 2 people .Also near some of our favorite places to eat ."

"We come to Navarre Beach frequently but usually stay at a different complex. We wanted to be closer to the pier so we gave Summerwind a try! We were very happy with the condo. We had a small issue with the AC and the property managers were there within a few hours to fix it. Communication was wonderful. I would recommend this property to anyone!"

"My only complaint is that Vacasa is the manager. They are great, responsive, and on site. But, there are no scatter rugs, I suppose it costs more to wash them. But, I like a rug in front of my bathroom sink and at least a welcome mat inside the door if not both side ands out. "

"Great property. Easy access to beach. Condo well furnished. A welcome basket was a nice touch. Hope to return again some day. Only one comment about the beach service. The guys were not overly helpful or friendly. Keep in mind that if paying in advance for beach chairs there is no refund if it rains majority of day and chairs are not used . Might wait and rent when you arrive. "

"This cozy little studio had everything we needed for our almost week stay. Comfy bed, full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen (no stove, but that’s ok we did just fine without-plus there is a stovetop for cooking), comfy couch with full cable tv, table and chairs for dining. We spent a lot of time at the awesome pool just outside the studios door. The beach can be seen from the studio and takes less than a minute to walk right onto the white sandy shoreline! BEAUTIFUL WATER AND BREATHTAKING VIEWS!!...

"We enjoyed our stay and love the condo and balcony. A few updates needed. The king and queen beds were very uncomfortable and need replaced. The cookware needs replaced too. The wok pan has rust on it and coating has been scratched off two of the other pans. Thank you for the gift basket, so thoughtful and kind."
