I stayed in the building that was beach side and I could tell they were renovated, so I appreciated that however for the cost it was underwhelming. The staff was amazing I did not experience and issues and they were truly kind and helpful.」

「The Beal house exceeded our expectations. The pictures didn’t even compare to how clean, pristine, and cute it was. The views are great and the staff did an excellent job at accommodating our group. They even gave my mom a gift for her birthday and my sister a gift for her gender reveal. The one thing to be aware of is 1) they don’t offer room service, and 2) if you are looking to make a room block, the event staff weren’t always the most responsive and sometimes made errors in our reservations...

「We have been coming to this property for five or more years. We like that it is safe, quiet, and clean. This year, we noticed that there are several areas that have not been maintained quite as well as it should have been. The carpets need cleaned/replaced. The elevators need repaired, and overall, it much noisier in the hallways than in the past. The king, ocean-view is right next to the elevator, which dinged like a phone ring all day and night. 「The location was fantastic! The pools and beach were amazing and just outside the doors - so convenient! My 3 year old granddaughter was with us and it couldn't have been more perfect. Finding a condo with 2 king suites is so hard. The condo had everything we needed. A few things could be upgraded. YES, the beds are really creaky, but comfy. The outdoor furniture could be upgraded but we could see great from the patio, and the beach chairs are old and heavy, so we just didn't use them. ...
