Home is fantastic and everything it’s supposed to be. Huge issue checking in. We never received our email with check in process from the management company. We arrived at midnight with 4 kids and called the number on this site, only to be told there is nothing they can do, and to look for a hotel. But.....they only see a reservation for one, so they’ll only cover 1 person staying in a hotel. Brad, the worst customer service rep in the history of customer service, read to me the process for contacting a attorney, and proceeded to talk over myself and my husband. Needless to say, the call did not go well. He was uncaring and inconsiderate to our situation, and took no interest in helping us, saying he has no responsibility and that they are only a booking site - this was “Home Away”.
We love this house and will directly book with their management company instead of using VRBO. This app is going to be deleted once the trip is over.
Highly recommend this house, just make sure the management company sends you your necessary information before arrival, don’t go by the VRBO email that they send that says “Here is access to your keys”....there was no access.
