"Magical Place" is a stunning new beach house located in The Serenity Community in the Dune Allen Beach area right off from the highly sought-after 30A. "Magical Place" is just a house away from the gated community pool. The home offers a 6-seat golf cart and features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms plus an additional oversized second-floor gathering area with sofa sleeper, and offers 1,937 square feet. This home is new to the rental market and ready for your next vacation!
"Magical Place" opens up to an inviting living area with a sofa, club chair, and flat-screen TV. The kitchen is open to the living area and is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. There are four barstools at the kitchen island, and the dining area is furnished with a beautiful round farm table and seating for six. The hallway leads to the master suite, a powder room for guests, and a full-size washer and dryer. Just a few steps out the back door of "Magical Place" and you will find outdoor seating and the outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after your trip back from the beach. Right off the back deck area is the propane grill available for guest use. Do not forget about the gated pool a few steps down the street!
The first-floor master bedroom offers a king bed, exquisite 10-foot ceilings, and an ensuite bath. The bathroom features a double sink vanity and a frameless glassed exquisite stone shower with a rainfall shower head and standard shower head. The second floor features an oversized family gathering area with a foosball table, sofa sleeper, bistro table, and flat-screen TV. There is a full bath located on the second level next to the two guest bedrooms, one with a fabulously comfortable queen bed and the other with a twin over full bunk bed and a spacious walk-in closet large enough for a pack-and-play. All rooms in "Magical Place" feature flat-screen smart TVs.

Florida's Scenic Highway 30A has something for everyone and is home to the world's most beautiful white sand beaches. "Magical Place" is located near many beach access points. This includes Fort Panic beach access, Dune Allen Regional beach access, West Allen Loop beach access, and even Ed Walline regional beach access where you can walk across the street to Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar and grab a meal and drink to go and sit on the beach with fabulous food and a breathtaking view.
