BEACH ACCESS:
The Blue Mountain Regional Access(0.6mi) has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season.
**Tents are allowed on public beaches along 30A at regional access points. Tents must be 10' x 10' or smaller and are to be set up only on the top 1/3 of the available beach space, still allowing for a 15' distance from the dunes for emergency vehicles. **

• A 50% reservation deposit is due at the time of booking.
• The full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Reservations canceled prior to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund
• Check-In begins at 4:00 PM CST.
• Check-Out is by 10:00 AM CST.
• Must Be 25 Or Older to Rent. Must have 1 adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25.
