「Would not recommend to stay here. The staff is not trained in hospitality and the hotel itself is WAY OVERPRICED!! Even at half cost I would not stay here again. No phone reception in the area and NO wifi in the rooms. Stayed on a business trip and one of three rooms had heavy mold stains and the room itself was not properly cleaned. It is also located right next to a noise highway, so you hear cars and noisy public transport at all times. Found out when paying that if you book on other sites...

「Na verblijf was één grote tegenvaller. Het lijkt op de website alsof je in het Pink House verblijft, met gebruik van de keuken, maar dat was niet het geval. Eerst moesten we een half uur wachten omdat de eigenaar de boeking niet had gezien. We kregen daarna een zeer eenvoudige en niet erg schone kamer met alleen een tafel en een koelkast. We konden ons gekochte eten dus niet koken. Toen we gingen douchen sloegen de stoppen door. Dat bleek een bekend probleem. De eigenaar beloofde na veel boze...

「Yvan the manager was absolutely phenomenal. He took care of us from the time we buzzed in after the private car drove us from Antigua and booked every minute of our stay from the time we woke up to bed time. He made all transportation arrangements and even paid less than half the price for a premium driver back to the Guatemala airport. He arranged the best meals. Constantly had drinks and food delivered to our room amd last but not least on last day extended our stay till 4 pm so we could book...

「This property is gorgeous! We loved sitting on our front porch area and enjoying the gardens. The place is gated and has security at all times so we always felt very safe on the property. The room was cleaned every day and it was always quiet after 10 PM. There’s a lot of amenities on the property. It was super convenient to walk over to the restaurant whenever we wanted a snack or a drink. We lounged by the pool and used their free kayaks.
