「We stayed at this property for 5 nights on a recent trip to LA, primarily for the purpose of visiting Universal Studios. The apartment was very clean and felt very secure. I didn't see any foot traffic around the property when we were there, which always makes me feel more secure. All the appliances are nice and both beds (including the sofa bed with mattress topper) were comfortable. Our only minor issue with the place was that it felt very dark. I think that is due to it being a first floor...

「This was a wonderful place within walking distance to my son's home in Burbank. It was safe, warm, clean and had everything we needed. I enjoyed the balcony.The only hiccup was neither my or my husband's phone is new enough to download the VRBO app so my son was the communicator for the check in and things were not clear and this was a little stressful. When I gave the property manager my cell phone number, he used that for the rest of the communications and that worked well.」

「Stayed with a friend overnight for New Years for the Rose Bowl Parade. The Apt looks exactly like the pictures. Kitchen is sparsly stocked with basic necessities. Nice size rooms, comfortable beds. Right next to the Bunny Museum. The only downside as a planner and traveling for 6 hours the property management would not send me the property information until an hour before checking in. Hence the minus one star.」

「The host communicated at the last minuet with check-in instructions..towels and sheets were damp when I checked in. Dryer did not work. Kitchen cabinet doors fell of when I opened them..Lots of road noise from busy street out front..poor overall location.. I left several days early to find another place.. host would not refund me a dime. I'd not recommend staying here.」
