静かな袋小路に位置するこの素敵な新しく改装されたヴィラは、常に改善されており、屋根付きのテラスまたはサンテラスと、人気のあるビニベカの南海岸の海の屋上テラスからの素晴らしい景色を提供します。家族の目的地。 すべてのベッドルームにはエアコンがあり、ほとんどの日は海からの風が心地よい。

このヴィラは、安全で砂浜のビニベカビーチまで約7分のダウンヒルにあります。ビニベカビーチには、終日食事や軽食を提供する有名なビーチバーがあります。 ここでパラソルとサンラウンジャーを雇うことができ、ここからの水泳とシュノーケリングは素晴らしいです。 ビーチへ向かう途中には、カラトレットのマリーナ、人気のバーパウパ、ビニベカダイビング、カヤック、パドルボード、自転車のレンタルがあります。

オープンプランのリビングスペース、キッチン、屋根付きのテラス、サンテラスなど、地中海の魅惑的な景色から逃れることは困難です。 高い位置にあるため、ほとんどの日は安定した海風の影響を受けます。

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus - genau so haben wir uns das vorgestellt. Kleines Manko : im Nachbarhaus wurde das Dach repariert und die Dachdecker musten mir presslufthammer an zwei Tagen Ziegel abschlagen. Wir sind an den Strand gegangen, den man gut zu Fuß erreichen kann

Just had a truly lovely week at Villa Nostrum. The villa was exactly as described and had everything we needed for a fabulous week. Such a great location and a wonderful view. Patrick was an extremely helpful host who quickly answered any queries we had. We will definitely return. Three generations of family and all agreed it was exactly the type of villa we would choose if we had our own!

Inside is clean, tidy and great for families but outside steals the show, stunning views from every terrace area, giving the perfect excuse to sit and while away the afternoon watching the boats go by whilst have a nice cold drink. Beautiful villa with lovely views
We had such a wonderful stay at the villa in Binibeca. Very clean and tidy when we arrived. Really appreciated the olive oil, salt pepper etc kitchen supplies. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was small in terms of surface space but perfectly fine. Very quick walk down to the supermarket via the stairs just next to the villa. We walked to the Binibeca beach and restaurants very comfortably. Explored some lovely local beaches within a half hour drive: Cala en Porter (lovely with sunbed hire and local eateries/supermarket), Punta Prima, Alcaufar, Binissafuller. Late afternoon swims down at Cala Torret. The pool was great, not huge but perfectly good size for our group. We loved the rooftop for sunset views. We would definitely return. Thank you!

Great villa - fantastic views & location
We had a great week at Villa Nostrum. It’s well situated, with the steps adjacent to the villa making it a 5 - 10 min walk down to the Cala Torret restaurants, bakery & mini supermarket, which is well stocked. We didn’t need a car - either eating out or having a couple of meals inc. a BBQ at the villa & enjoying the spectacular views both from the main terrace & roof terrace. We spent the majority of our time out on the main terrace for breakfast, lunch and a few drinks in the evening. The villa is nicely decorated & very comfortable with air conditioning & separate terraces for each bedroom. As a party of 4 adults (2 couples), the layout of the villa worked perfectly, with both upper and lower areas of the villa having a double room & bathroom (as well as a separate smaller bedroom, which we used for dressing & extra storage). We’ve stayed in other villas in the area and this was definitely the best! Great and speedy communication from Patrick at all stages. We had a brilliant holiday & would love to return!

Fantastic villa above Cala Torret
Our family had a lovely week in this villa, which has four good sized bedrooms with air con and lovely views of Cala Torret. There is a path next to the villa down to the bay, meaning that the supermarket and restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk away. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. Everything was clean and the kitchen well equipped. The pool and roof deck were great. We would definitely rent this villa again.

Lovely view!
The villa benefits from the most incredible views which really are the main highlight of the property. Inside the main living area/kitchen are not huge but well laid out. Bedrooms are good size with air con (a life saver for us as there was a mini heatwave whilst we were there). Pool isn’t huge but perfectly adequate & lovely and clean. Although it’s marketed as having had a recent refurb there are some areas that were still a bit tired and could do with being looked at. Overall it didn’t ruin our holiday though - we had a fantastic time!

Fabulous home in Binibeca, Menorca
We LOVED our stay at Villa Nostrum. Patrick and Kate have a lovely home on a hill overlooking Binibeca and the Mediterranean. The views were stunning. We enjoyed the short walk into the seaside village to get coffee, pastries, dinner, and to go for longer walks. Communication was excellent, and we appreciated the thorough booklet of household tips and things to do in the area. Next time we will stay longer - such a wonderful home & area of Menorca!

Wonderful spot for a spring break
My family and I had a fantastic break at Villa Nostrum. Great location within 10 minutes walk of the beach, even with a meandering toddler refusing to sit in her pram! The villa is immaculate, lots of space to be together both inside and out. The pool was fantastic, however, it got very little use due to the mild spring weather and water temperature. Hiring a car is a must, we explored so much of the island in 7 days. The kitchen is well equipped, we had a great time eating out alongside cooking in the villa and lighting the bbq with the backdrop of the wonderful view. Patrick was an extremely responsive host, helping both prior and during our stay.

Great stay
We spent a lovely autumn month at Villa Nostrum. Overall we had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed it. Luckily we had great weather for the bulk of it. Our daughter and her child and partner came for 3 nights and loved it. A couple of small issues. As it was colder in the evenings, we were indoors more, and the World Cup was on as well . The TV was very temperamental and kept buffering. Also as an asthmatic, the wood burner was a no no, we tried it one evening, and I became very chesty, as even the best ones release particulates into the air. But that being said, we found Patrick very accessible if needed, and really appreciated the lovely hams and cheeses etc that were left.

Tolle Unterkunft in super Lage
Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und hat eine tolle Lage. Die Restaurants in Binibequer sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auch zum Strand ist man zu Fuß in rund 10 min. Wir haben alles wie beschrieben angetroffen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Tolles Haus und super Vermieter
Das Haus ist in den Hügel gebaut und man hat von der Überdachten Terrasse einen tollen Blick auf das Mehr, hier steht auch ein großer Esstisch, an dem man gut mit 6 Leuten sitzen kann. Wenn man in das Haus reinkommt, steht man im Wohnzimmer mit der kleinen offenen Küche. Die Küche hatte bei uns eine gute Ausstattung und auch Gewürze, Öl, Essig und noch einiges andere war vorhanden. Linke und Rechts, vom Wohnzimmer ging dann über 2 Flure die weiteren Zimmer ab. 1 Schlafzimmer hat Blick auf das Mehr, 1 Schlafzimmer auf den Pool und die anderen Beiden gehen noch hinten weg. Insgesamt war alles sehr sauber, selbst das Sieb vom Geschirrspüler, dass hatte ich vorher noch nie. Wirklich toll war der Kontakt mit Patrick, er stand auch schon vor dem Urlaub mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Antworten kamen immer sehr schnell von ihm und auch bei einem kleinen Problem mit der Klimaanlage hat er sich sofort gekümmert und es kam am nächsten Tag der Techniker. Ich muss wirklich sagen einen so großartigen Vermieter hatte ich vorher noch nie. Auch der Pool, der eine schöne Größe hat, wurde 3-mal in der Woche gereinigt. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub in einer großartigen Immobilie, vielen Dank Patrick.

Great location, superb terrace!
Loved our week in the villa. Walking distance to beach and restaurants, great pool area and terrace. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was fab and much needed (as we stayed in Aug). Recommend Sa Cova at the bottom of the hill for chilled drinks and tapas! Easy drive from the airport if you hire a car.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Ausblick
Gleich vorweg: Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert, wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern zwischen 4 und 9 Jahren dort. Für ganz kleine Kinder sind die vielen Treppen im und ums Haus evtl. schwierig. Das Haus hat 4 Schlafzimmer. 2 davon liegen auf der einen und 2 auf der anderen Seite des Hauses und teilen sich jeweils ein Bad. Perfekt für zwei Familien mit je 2 Kindern. Dazwischen liegt ein großer Raum mit Küche, Esstisch und kleinem Sofa. Die Terrasse hat einen großen Esstisch und eine Sofaecke und einen wirklich traumhaften Ausblick zum Meer. Der Pool ist in sehr gutem Zustand und wird mehrmals pro Woche gereinigt. Die Waschmaschine funktioniert. Die Küchenzeile ist eher klein, aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Man merkt, dass das Haus vom Besitzer auch selbst genutzt und entsprechend gepflegt wird. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber Supermarkt, Restaurants und der Strand sind fußläufig (über eine Treppe) zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer lief prima und der genannte Ansprechpartner vor Ort war erreichbar und sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
