「Only thing I didn't like was that the water in the shower started getting cold pretty quickly. Otherwise, everything was great! Specifically the customer service! I talked on the phone with Paige with Breakaway Vacations multiple times and she was incredibly friendly and helpful!」

「Good communication, great location, private and clean. We never left the island! Enjoyed using the bikes and private beach access. Close to all restaurants but in a residential like setting. Would highly recommend this cute cottage. Would definitely return.」

「Enjoyed watching several species of birds and an Iguana on the screened in porch. It’s a two mile drive to J. N. Ding Darling Wildlife Reserve entrance, and about .25 mile to the beach parking lot. Nice quiet beach.」

「Property was very clean. Great location close to Captiva and Sanibel. Bathroom was nice and clean. Only complaints: 1. Beach Parking Pass is ONLY for use on the property’s beach access. 「I wanted to get as close as I could to Bowman’s Beach and Blind Pass to go shell collecting. For the price this was a gem. I was able to do my daily walks at 5am collecting shells and be back for breakfast/brunch with my husband. Couldn’t walk on the beach to Blind Pass, have to walk on bike trail. So if you’re interested in shell collecting this spot was very good. You get a beach pass to park at the Trade Winds parking lot which was empty most of the time. 「My wife and I came down for a last minute trip to escape the tough winter weather in Upstate New York. A welcome respite. The place is great for 2 people-overlooking the beach and pool. Could be a little tight if you had more people. Clean, updated and easy walking distance to town. Captiva is still in a rebuilding mode after the two hurricanes last fall but that wasn’t a big deal for us. Spent most of our time at the pool or walking the beach. 」
