Mandy and Kevin were amazing! They were willing to help with anything which made our stay very welcoming. The location is nice and quiet but still lots to do in the area. Lots of restaurants and bars close by and also street food which we really enjoy! Rented a golf cart recommended by Mandy which was cheaper than what the taxi driver quoted us. Thank you to our hosts! 😊😎

The Aqua Vista is a sweet little property right on the ocean with two charming knowledgeable hosts, Mandy & KP, who help make the stay on San Pedro more enjoyable. Mandy helped set up everything, got us in touch with an awesome tour guide: Karen, a golf cart (good times had with the cart!) Tropic Air flights.. THANKS!! The room was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun week. Carolina is a gem! A truly great time was had- thanks Mandy & KP!

The property is set back just across the road from the ocean - beautiful view! The setup is efficient and the kitchen has all that is needed. You can walk to central San Pedro or to restaurants easily. The property management is outstanding - thanks to Mandy and KP for answering every question or request.

KP, Mandy and our housekeeper. Made us feel at home, gave us great insight to the island. Wanted to know if they could do anything for us before, and during our trip. The place is modern and clean, Kevin was very helpful and commutation was great. Easy to access, near town so shops and restaurants are walking distance. Very pleasant stay for a couple of days. Beautiful view.

My husband and I stayed a week at Aqua Vista and we did not want to leave. The place is beautiful. Location is perfect for great places to eat have a cocktail or relax in the ocean sipping a cocktail. Special thanks to Mandy and Kevin our hosts. They are the best! Already planning our next trip.

Host and housekeeping were very pleasant. On-site parking. Apt was very cute and comfortable. I was lucky to get such a last minute accomodation for an emergent situation. Although last minute I walked into a Happy Birthday decorated room. Loved it!!!!!

We spent a week at Aqua Vista, San Pedro (SP) to celebrate my husband's birthday, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I reached out to Mandy, property manager after booking to inquire about transfers from Belize City to SP and she was very responsive and helped by booking our jumper plane flights. We simply had to pay when we got to the Belize city airport. The hotel is a short ride from the SP airport ($10 US). Mandy was kind enough to arrange for the bedroom to be decorated for my husband's birthday. The room was clean and comfortable and was equipped with all necessary amenities. Hotel is located close to many restaurants and bars, and is within walking distance from downtown SP. The beaches on that side of the island had a buildup of sargassum (seaweed) so we weren't able to swim there. We went to Secret beach instead, which is a 30 minute golf cart ride away. Golf cart is the primary means of transportation in SP. Thank you Mandy and Kevin and Carolina (housekeeper) for helping to make our stay enjoyable!
