The property is set back just across the road from the ocean - beautiful view! The setup is efficient and the kitchen has all that is needed. You can walk to central San Pedro or to restaurants easily. The property management is outstanding - thanks to Mandy and KP for answering every question or request.

Mandy and Kevin were amazing! They were willing to help with anything which made our stay very welcoming. The location is nice and quiet but still lots to do in the area. Lots of restaurants and bars close by and also street food which we really enjoy! Rented a golf cart recommended by Mandy which was cheaper than what the taxi driver quoted us. Thank you to our hosts! 😊😎

The Aqua Vista is a sweet little property right on the ocean with two charming knowledgeable hosts, Mandy & KP, who help make the stay on San Pedro more enjoyable. Mandy helped set up everything, got us in touch with an awesome tour guide: Karen, a golf cart (good times had with the cart!) Tropic Air flights.. THANKS!! Aqua Vista is the ultimate place to stay in Pedro. The location is convenient to everything and quiet when it’s time to sleep. The design and materials used are modern and top notch. Everything worked well, especially the AC! I will make this my go to spot in San Pedro.
