「中心部から少し歩くものの、公園も近く静かで良い立地でした。静かといっても人の行き来はそれなりにあるので、そういった面でも安心でした。 周辺にはカフェ、1ブロック程歩くとコンビニエンスストアがあります。 部屋も広く綺麗でしたが、セキュリティ面に不安を感じました。 事前に伝えられたパスワードで部屋のキーが開いたり、開かなかったり不安定で困りました。 また、私たち以外に別の宿泊客も部屋の鍵が開かない様なトラブルが見受けられました。 キッチンと主な調理器具は揃っていますが、カトラリー類の用意が無いので持参が必要です。 タオル交換は要リクエストとありますが、希望に対して返信は無く交換対応はありませんでした。 」

「We really enjoyed our stay! As other reviewers have mentioned, there is a lot of street noise as it’s such a great central location. I found it easy to sleep just by running the fan as white noise and there are fewer cars and noisy passers-by overnight anyway. The courtyard is beautiful and although our trip was packed with activities so we didn’t spend much time at the house other than to sleep, we’d stay again. Moises was very helpful and responsive. 「We loved the proximity to Centro and surrounding neighborhoods. There are plenty of Cafes, restaurants, and markets nearby. The apartment is away from busy streets and is reasonably quiet. The kitchen was well equipped, but we didn't cook while we were there. The beds were comfortable. The rest of the furniture was not comfortable for relaxing. Upgrading the sitting areas would go a long way. We had no issue with hot water. *tip - only turn on the hot water (on the left) and wait 4-5...

「Such a good choice: - 2 couples, each of us had our own "wing", bathroom and sense of privacy- patio/deck is expansive, well furnished in shade and in the sun and at night. 「I stayed for 6 nights and explored Oaxaca city and the surrounding area. This place was perfectly located in the artsy area of the city. There is not a ton of natural light in the main room and middle bedroom, but I stayed in the room with lots of light facing the front entrance and it was duvine. It was great having a kitchen and coffee pot for saving on eating out! But eat out a little as the food in Oaxaca is amazing. 」

「Dieter was consistently an excellent communicator and sought to attend to our requests. The location is within walking distance to the tourist neighborhoods. If you need a quiet room, consider renting one of the apartments that do not front the street. There is a streetlight that beams through the lovely white curtains so consider bringing a sleeping mask. We were unlucky to have a three day interruption of internet service. 」

「We had a wonderful time with extended family here, enough room for everyone! Management and Socoro the caretaker were both very nice people and very helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and quite a treat to have them provided fresh daily for us with 2 kinds of fresh made juices as well!」
