「The Edgewater is a very comfortable, clean, friendly property that is located conveniently in central Pismo. The property is old and well-used, but still beloved by many returning guests. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The particular room we were in had a rather loud heater that was not very efficient, so we had to keep it on during most of our visit during a January cold spell. 」

「Rooms have been remodeled. From being location to downtown SLO AND Cal POLY. Good for a couple of nights stay at $150 or less nothing luxurious. Would not be the crazy prices when Cal POLY has something going on ($250+ per night). 」

「Wasn’t informed until checkin about heating/AC situation. Very small tower heater and a standing up fan provided. Tower heater turned out to be plenty, but it would have been nice to know prior. Two person check in reserved, but 0 hand towels and only bare minimum towels provided. 2 washcloths and 2 towels. For 2 females… not enough. Owner was very polite and checkin in was easy. Made it a point to mention that the rooms were recently updated, Room was in great condition. Made minimum on linens...

「You have a sign to encourage us to reuse towels in the bathroom, but there are no hooks or bars to hang anything on. You provided only one dish towel in the kitchen for 4 days. Also needed more hand towels. We needed an ice maker or trays to make ice. We appreciated plenty of paper towels and zip lock bags. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and staying close to our family in two other lofts. 」
