Charming and recently updated, this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental offers a cozy living space. Primary bedroom contains a Cal King, a Sealy Queen air mattress is available for additional guest. With abundant natural light, this well-lit property creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Best of all, pets are welcome!

Nestled in the heart of the Railroad Historic neighborhood, this location is a true gem. Just steps away, you'll find Gus's Grocery for convenient shopping, as well as Sallyloo's Wholesome Cafe, Bon Temps Creole Cafe, and Cafe Roma for delightful dining experiences.

The house is styled in a retro motif, living plants have been placed around the home to provide a calming atmosphere for guest. The primary bedroom contains a hybrid purple CAL king mattress, and and is fitted with 680 thread count organic cotton sheets. This cute apartment is situated in the perfect neighborhood for walking around. We enjoyed walking to neighborhood cafes, downtown, and to recreational trails and parks.

Convenient and clean
We enjoyed our stay at this little condo. There are some decent restaurants just a short walk away (1-2 minutes) and down town SLO is about a 10 minute walk. The unit was clean when we arrived though some things are showing a bit of wear and tear. The shower is clean and nice and the king bed is comfortable. We used the blow-up Queen bed mattress in the upstairs living room because our two teenage daughters were with us. We had some trouble keeping it inflated at first but Jonathan was very friendly and helpful for us in figuring out how to make it work.

Great location and a terrific property!
This well appointed little place is perfect for one or two people. It was spotless and very comfortable with nice linens and soap and bath products. Very quiet and safe with everything you could possibly need. It is decorated beautifully as well and fairly priced. It is my go to place now whenever I visit.

Cute, Clean and Convenient Stay
If you're looking for an affordable, clean, cute little place to stay, you've found it. It was super clean and had everything we needed plus a little more. It was quiet yet within walking distance to all the downtown fun. Other than the kitchen (which is a bit dated but very clean and well stocked), everything felt very updated and fresh. I loved the many potted plants and the yellow chairs were comfortable and really stylish. I love the little patio for two. It didn't have a scenic view or anything but it was still a nice little place to sit. For a family of four, it was tight but do-able. The bathroom is downstairs with the bedroom so if you have anyone staying upstairs who makes nightly bathroom visits, it may be a little annoying for them.

Property was very clean and new. Walking distance from the Amtrak station and has a grocery store in the corner plus dining options 2 blocks away. Lovely park 2 blocks in the other direction. Downtown was maybe 4-5 blocks away and a very beautiful neighborhood.

Loved this spot!
Really happy with our stay here. The unit is comfortable and well taken care of. It's in a great neighborhood, walking distance to cafes near the railroad and even walkable to the center of downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy SLO getaway
Excellent little place to stay. Enjoyed watching football in the living room with the big screen on the wall. Comfortable king bed, clean throughout, and in a very nice location in town, easily walkable for fun places.

Cute hidden apartment
