The staff was nice and friendly. The housekeepers were so friendly. We even had a stuffed animal that we left on a bed. They came in and tucked in our stuffed animal. It was the sweetest thing in the whole world, and we appreciate it immensely. nearby is a bus/cable car route to almost anywhere in the city.

A little TLC on detailed room cleanliness goes a long way. Found what looked like blood stain and other stains on bathroom curtains. Also bathroom sink needed a stopper, had something dropped in it possibly by prior customer.

The rooms were very nice! But there was no breakfast included only coffee, water, muffins, yogurt and oranges. It shows a bar but was never opened. And hotel has no parking. And yes it’s a very loud area do to homeless the rooms have ear plugs.

The location is perfect but there is a LOT going on on the streets below,the room provided ear plugs, a nice sound machine and wonderful furnishings inside. I would stay here again as the price was great and the parking was affordable and close.Only suggestion is to update the listing on expedia to state that there is nothing but coffee in the morning and a very clean room with great staff and exquisite interiors.

It was easy and smooth to check in, (loved the wine on arrival!), the staff was very friendly and conversed and checked in on me, especially punya! The rooms were a comfortable size with clean and modern finishes, I’m obsessed with the lobby decor with the gatsby style peacock doors and the bathrooooom 👀 I’ll definitely be staying here again :)
