The main flat has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen, the bonus guest suite in the sub-terrainian level has a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with a kitchenette and private living space.

My co-host, HostWell, will be available to assist you via messaging on this platform, email, and 24 hour phone service should you need anything during your stay. A welcome email with all contact info will be sent about three days before your stay.

Easy freeway access, close to Orpheum theater and City Hall. Harvest Urban Market is a block away.

Bars, clubs, art spaces and cafés seem to be popping up in SoMa every day, transforming the once-industrial neighborhood into a thriving new scene for those who want to live in the hub of The City and enjoy a bit of edge.

Standing ornate and stately on its own tree-lined plaza, San Francisco City Hall is the centerpiece of the neighborhood called Civic Center. Adjacent United Nations Plaza is named for the charter that established the United Nations in 1945, signed at Herbst Theater in the War Memorial Veterans Building. The National Historic Landmark area is also home to several of San Francisco’s beloved cultural institutions housed in architecturally significant buildings, including the symphony, ballet and Asian Art Museum.

Guests have access to the entire 4 bedroom/2bath flat and the private 1 bedroom/1 bathroom ground level apartment.
The coin-op laundry machines are used by all units in the building.

Once inside, please remove shoes and go upstairs. A right turn takes you to the main hallway where if you take a left, it takes you to a shared bathroom, the master bedroom with queen bed, the kitchen, and on the other side of kitchen is another bedroom with a queen bed. If you go right down the main hallway, then you'll find another bedroom with a queen bed, then the living room and a smaller bedroom (with a full mattress).

The 3 larger bedrooms have work desks as does the 1 bedroom apartment.

Access the 1bedroom apartment using the gate on the left side or via the back staircase accessible from the back bedroom in the main flat.

Easy freeway access by car. Two blocks from Civic Center BART station and a half block from the Mission bus line.
