「House was just as described. Ample room for us all. Only suggestion would be to have bigger pans for this size of our party. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.」

「This compound is perfect for a huge group to stay comfortably and wake up to bliss, it has a beautiful heated pool and jacuzzi with many fire pits, a bar, games, and a movie room. We never had to leave. It was also so close to the freeway, Burbank airport, and Universal Studios! The house makes you feel like you are a celebrity! 」

「Die Villa liegt sehr schön und ist es im Allgemeinen auch. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche verbracht. Leider ist einiges in die Jahre gekommen und vieles war defekt. Auf unsere Hinweise bezüglich der fehlerhaften Geräte wurde reagiert, wobei nicht alles behoben werden konnte. Bezüglich der defekten Vorhänge und der defekten Schiebetüre(was ein Zimmer nicht einsetzbar machte) hat auch nach einer Woche niemand Anstalten zur Behebung gemacht. Generell ist das Haus sauber, wohl aber nach USA Standard....

「The house was exactly as advertised. A lovely home that my wife, kids and I all enjoyed. Levi was an excellent hostess who accommodated our needs at the very last minute.」

「And narrow winding road that led to the property, little scary, but at the end of that road, the property was amazing! Million dollar views! Modern, comfortable beds, all the amenities you need. Perfect for our family of 5. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again!」

「Overall good place to stay very nice and well maintained. Outside by the grill was not as tidy as i would like it to have been but other than that very cool place to stay for the weekend. Great communication with the property manager. We had one issue but it was resolved in a timely manner. The game room was fun and we enjoyed our stay.」

「Property was very nice, home had everything you could need or forgot. Would stay here again. It was too cold to swim but pool looked nice. 10 to 15 minute drive to universal on the weekend. 」
