Great beach getaway
Would give 5 stars except for a few amenities that we found not as advertised. Didn’t see a pool. The hot tub was in need of cleaning & the lounge chairs were sparse & need an update. The location was excellent except as other reviewers mentioned the noise at night can be disturbing. The condo was very clean & well stocked. Our host was very responsive too. Very good restaurants and great ocean vibe.

The unit was comfortable and clean. The senic view provided enjoyment of the ocean and sufferers and people just out walking. The property owners were easy to reach and communicate with when needed. Understanding and getting into the building proved to be quite the challange. If I was by myself I'm not sure if I could have gotten in after figuring it out how to do so. Im not sure how to improve this process, but it does need to be simplified.

Great beach location
Great location...steps from the Pacific Beach near the Crystal Pier with easy access to restaurants, groceries, and entertainment. The suite itself was as advertised - very clean, very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much and appreciate the property owner/management keeping it up to spec and in great condition. The building itself is old and in need of some sprucing up - the common areas are aging and upkeep is clearly slipping (the carpet on the walls and ceiling in the elevators were filthy...the ocean moisture is clearly winning the battle with the walls and ceilings).

Perfect Location
The room is well equipped and extremely well located. You can hear the ocean, see the ocean, watch people, quickly walk to anything you need or desire. It's near the long PB walkway so you can take short or long strolls. It's wonderful!

Great Location and Comfortable Stay
My parents, husband and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location is excellent, steps from the beach and walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. The balcony provides a great view of the ocean, and it is easy to spend lots of time relaxing there. The condo has beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. which was so convenient since we didn't have to pack any of that ourselves. The host was very responsive and provided clear check in instructions. We would definitely come back and stay again!

Great location
The location was absolutely perfect. We could wake up, sit on the deck, and listen to the waves crashing. It was a few steps from the complex to the sand. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment had everything that we needed. The neighborhood was a bit crazy. We were there on the Fourth of July and the parties didn't stop until well into the morning. But after the Fourth, everything calmed down and it was great.

Great location
If you’re looking to replicate a quiet, isolated suburban experience and not looking to really experience the sounds and energy of everything that this wonderful neighborhood has to offer, then this place is not for you. We loved this place. The ocean, the beach, and the neighborhood was amazing. Everything is close. We’d stay here again!!

The location was great. Easy access to the beach. View of the ocean and beach from the condo was good. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and stores nearby. Pleanty of room for myself and two adult sons.

Loacation!
This was our first trip to San Diego, and this place was the perfect spot to stay! Right on the beach- listening to the ocean every night. Ice cream, restaurants, grocery store ALL RIGHT HERE! Melanie was super helpful with any questions. We had 10 out of 10 stay. . We are a family of five kids ages 16,14 and 11. I did a lot of research and this place was so worth it all! Thank you Melanie!
