Conveniently located off of Interstate 5 freeway, you will enjoy being across the street from Mission Bay and all it has to offer. You will be able to walk to coffee shops, Thai Food, Sushi Ota, 711, Rubios Fish Tacos and In and Out. You will enjoy taking a nap, reading a book or just relaxing on the patio. The property is located 5 minutes from Old Town San Diego, 7 minutes from Little Italy, 5 minutes to La Jolla Shores and Mt. Soledad. Only 10 minutes to the Airport or Balboa Park.

Swipe Right...
If you're "single" and looking for a great place to stay, "swipe right" on this charming, cozy studio! Located on a quiet street across from Mission Bay Park (great walking trails, playgrounds and picnic areas along the bay) and a short hop to Fiesta Island (the entire island is leash-free including a few fenced-in areas for those puppers who need a bit more security to roam), this comfy spot is a match made in heaven... great location, well-stocked amenities, off-street parking, and fabulous hosts who make you feel right at home. Thank you to Sue and Ryan for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay!

This was the perfect location. Perfect home. And perfect hosts! They were incredible! The location is in the middle of everything. It is all about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown and gaslamp. Thank you Ryan and Sue for being so amazing!

Excellent location
This cute little rental was close to everything we wanted to do. It was clean and quiet, and perfect for a relaxing long weekend. It is a small space, but we were out every day enjoying San Diego and didn't need any more space. The patio was the perfect spot to visit with our local friends.

Everything We Needed!
This was a perfect studio to operate out of for our long weekend getaway visiting local family. The studio was clean and well appointed. The morning coffee was appreciated, the bed was very comfy and the shower was hot. The decor is very updated and well done. The hosts were friendly and we really enjoyed talking with them. Bonus that there was an off street parking spot and accessing the studio was a breeze. For a couple staying in town - we recommend! We didn’t bring our dogs but we love that it is dog friendly.

Mission Bay Paradise
My fiance and I needed a beach getaway for her birthday weekend where we could relax, spend some time together escaping from the trials and tribulations of life, and bring along our 1 year old energetic puppy to her first ocean experience. This place really checks off all of the boxes. Located in a quaint neighborhood just across the street from Mission Bay our expectations were exceeded! We couldn’t have been any happier with our rental selection. This home is in a safe neighborhood, has everything you need to entertain, pet friendly, and located near everything in San Diego. The location is ideal for any couple looking for a romantic getaway, or a small family in need of some decompression, rest, and relaxation. The owners are extremely friendly, informative, and had many similarities to us. We hope to continue our friendship with them. We would highly recommend this small piece of heaven to anyone! Really surprised how close it was to everything, beaches oceans , downtown San Diego, La Jolla 15mn.

Small, cozy, everything close by including Mission Bay, Pacific Beach. Lots of easy shopping, restaurants, Sprouts, etc... So, no hassle time at the oceanside

It’s a cozy set up, as someone stated the space is used very well. The hosts were great, very knowledgeable about San Diego and very friendly. I would highly recommend this property if you’re staying in SD and want to be near the beaches.
