After more than 30 years of traveling, we never complain, but this was horrible. The room wasn't close to clean, there were aunts and spiders everywere, the electronics did not work, the cupboard door fell of, the room key stopped working all the time and worst of all; the service was by far the worst we have experienced in every aspects. We were met by unfriendliness, moaning, information that they were understaffed and all the time promises that wasnt kept. The cleaning stations in the restaurant is placed in the middle, so it is so noicy you have to scream to hear each other. They cleared the table every time we went to supply some addition to our breakfast, the staff is very stressed and in general unfriendly. We had planned to stay for 16 days, but after 13 days we purchased new flight tickets and went home earlier than planned. The standard of this hotel, is in our opinion very far from 4 star in our experiences traveling world wide. In additon the service level is bottom point, so until the hotel and staff have solved this, we recomend to try another hotel in Maspalomas/Playa del Ingles.
