「I was shown to my room, it looked like it had never been cleaned, at least 4 spiders in the bathroom at first glance, webs everywhere. Ants on the floor, in the bed, on the tables (where I was expected to eat). No soap or toiletries as stated on the website. The bathroom light didn't even work, I had to use a headtorch despite reporting it to staff. I went to ask where the facilities were because noone said anything to me. 「We had a great 6 day stay, excellent place and great host. The place is brand new, just a couple of months old. It would have been great to have more bottled water in the room as we had to refill downstairs. And some handrails as my parents (in their 80s) found it tricky at times. Small things.」
