The addition of an outside sitting area, free WiFi and parking made our stay special. The breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day - also included. "Not sure what to say, it is an Ibis, as you would expect it is clean and tidy and everything works. The staff were very helpful. The location is on the edge of town, but it only takes a few minutes to get to the edge of town and find places to eat and drink."

"This was a two night stopover to allow us to ride around the Cantel region and, in particular, the rim of the volcano (long since gone). The appearance of th hotel upon arrival gives little credit for how comfortable the rooms are and how pleasing the restaurant is. It is little surprise that the hotel is used by tradesmen and appears to be full all the time. Very pleased with our stay and would recommend."

"A friendly and helpful welcome to the Hotel and soon booked into our room and explained where to park our vehicle once we had unloaded. The hotel has a very traditional feel downstairs, charming. The corridors and the rooms themselves were decorated in a very dark scheme, which even with the lights on was a little difficult to always see well.
