When I checked in on Friday February 28, 2025, the first thing I wanted to do was go to the pool and hot tub. I had looked forward to this all week long. When I got to the pool in the early evening, I found out that the hot tub was not working. I went to the front desk to inquire and was told that there was nothing the person could do, it was evening and there was no one to call. Also, there were no towels available for the pool. So, the next morning, I inquired again and was told that someone was working on it now. So I waited until the evening again, and of course it was not working. So I brought it to the attention of the desk clerk and no response. While we were in the pool, a worker came in for something else and I brought it to his attention and he was surprised that it was not working. .l After he checked a few things, it still was not working! So after three complaints, nothing was accomplished. When I left this morning, It still was not working! I had reserved 2 rooms at a cost of over $500.00 and I was very dissatisfied with the lack of response that I got regarding the hot tub. I don't believe that I will be using your facility again. The lack of concern regarding my complaints was not good customer relations. Also, the pool room itself didn't look like it was in the best of shape. So, as I said earlier, I don't think I will be using this hotel again.
