"Beautiful traditional family house. Amazing views. Lovely pool. I swam most days. Peaceful setting that we did not want to leave. Stayed for a month!. Giorgio and his sister were very helpful. Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. "Excellent hotel situated in a great location within a 20 to 25 minute walk from the major sites. The reception staff went out of their way to help. Breakfast was not included in our deal so we had to pay as an add-on. It was so worth it. Honestly priced and one of the best hotel breakfasts that I have ever had. The most delicious homemade cakes, fresh fruit, variety of eggs (you could even have your eggs made to order) and REAL coffee, not the stuff out of those machines, where you have to press a button! Such an excellent find, would come back here in a heartbeat! "
