「This hotel is managed by the same people as the HI Express across the highway from it. We stay here frequently while travelling on business. This place has a good, slightly upscale, feel to it. We have been satisfied staying here on numerous occasions. There have been a few issues, like no hot water in some of the rooms, loud stomping at all hours in the room above us, or sometimes just annoying things like faucets not tighted down very well. 「We were quite disappointed on our stay here. The room was clean, though the floor was dusty and not at all clean. We booked this place and my son was very much looking forward to using the swimming pool. When we checked in and asked, the staff told us that the pool is open now. Then we went into the room, changed to the swimming outfit and headed to the pool - it was closed. They were working on the carpool, so we had to park our car far from our room. 「We were in Healdsburg for a medical procedure and intended a two day stay. The staff was so helpful when our stay was extended for two more days. We were moved to a handicap accessible room with consideration for our new needs after surgery. Professional, thoughtful and kind staff made our trip much more pleasant. We'll always stay at Trio when we find ourselves in Sonoma County.」
