"The house is a beautiful old building in a large secluded garden, yet very close to the centre of Figeac and an easy walk to shops, restaurants, etc. There is ample free parking in the adjacent public car park. The host is welcoming and very helpful and provided a good Continental breakfast. Our room was large and well appointed, but for us the bed was rather too firm and the bolster and pillow arrangement not to our taste, although this is a traditional French feature so not unexpected. "Just a one night stay, sadly. Easy parking just over the road. Lovely room in top condition. Earplugs kindly supplied to help deal with the road noise from the bridge, but we didn't find it overly disturbing. Breakfast very good, but at 15 Euros the priciest of our trip round France. They also seemed understaffed at breakfast as the same staff were having to juggle reception duties as well."

"We had to walk from train station to hotel with luggage in tow. Reception was closed but the were very accommodating. Rooms were equipped with everything we needed. Thank goodness the weather cooled down because there is no AC. Positives-Hotel arranged transportation back to train station, stored bags and lended us an umbrella. Also the dining room and courtyard looked quaint. Not so positive- the bedding was not comfortable."

"A beautiful converted old building with tons of charm and very attractive update of rooms and common areas. Had a hard time finding the place as there was no sign, just a door bell placard with owners name. Found this a pattern for converted type prosperities but when it is late in the day and you have hiked 15 miles to get to a comfortable place - unlabeled and hard to find is kind of annoying. Once we got over that it was a great stay!."

"The stunning building has wow factors at every turn. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large, well decorated, and completely individual. The breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful. The location is right in the centre of this beautiful old town that is well worth exploring. I recommend staying here to anyone. "

I didn't try the pool or restaurant, though many people were eating there when I returned from a concert."
