「Die Lage des Hotel ist wirklich super. Das Personal ist extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen vielfältig und gut. Die Zimmer sind wirklich schön und sehr sauber. Beim Abendessen wäre gut eine bessere Organisation, zu groß der Andrang, lange Wartezeiten am Buffet. Durch die sehr vielen Menschen im Hotel war natürlich auch die Sauna, das Schwimmbad, etc total überfüllt.」

「Everything was literally perfect, especially the breakfast with buffet style was the BEST I’ve ever had before!!! We were completely amazed. The only thing that we were not satisfied was the transferring service from the main island, the exact destination of the ship was not written, and we took the wrong boat in the beginning.(the first boat that we were waiting didn’t come on time and we were confused, later on everything came on time)」

We had an issue with our room upon check in and the team at the hotel checked on us multiple times to ensure that everything was ok. They truly showed understanding and compassion throughout our stay. The amenities provided at Grand Park are the best I’ve seen in Croatia and would highly recommend. The view into the city of Rovinj is also incredible. The one item that I would suggest as an improvement is that it is clear...
