This place is cozy, cute and convenient, as advertised. There are 3 things you need to know, though:
1) It's on the top floor of a historic building, up 3 flights of narrow stairs (no elevator) -- might be hard to navigate with a lot of luggage.
2) The ceilings / doorways are low (again, historic building) -- if anyone in your party is taller than 6 ft, they will likely hit their head at lest once.
3) The sofa in the living area smells like smoke -- if you don't smoke / are allergic, it might bother you. (No smell in the bedroom or the main kitchen/ dining area).
