Property is ok, not great not terrible. Location is good for the parks. Very little English spoken so communication was sometimes difficult. We had 3 issues in our room but someone came and fixed all 3. There are literally no amenities. You get 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 paper towel, 1 soap for dish washer, etc then you're on your own. We were charged some fees at checkin that were in the fine print and not in the balance shown on confirmation, never a good feeling. There is no shade at the pool area at all, some umbrellas are needed. I didn't know anything about the VIP but we did not receive any benefits from this.

Check in Staff was Warm and Friendly, made us feel welcome. Gino... Food & Beverage Manager was first class, very accommodating. Parsa...Valet was outstanding, above and beyond! Spa Treatment was spectacular.
