「Loved the serene aesthetics of the property and all the water features, especially their Koi fish pond. Our rooms were very clean comfortable bedding. Wish the pools were heated, adding a hot would be nice. Either way we loved our stay and will be back, TY」

「The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The kitchenette had a fridge/freezer with ice maker, a cook top, dishwasher, sink and plenty of counter space and storage. There is a good sized closet and some storage nooks, but no drawers. Considering it's a beach resort it would have been nice to have more places to hang up wet clothes, there's only one towel bar and hook in the bathroom. 「Excellent property. Beautiful all around. Pool area great vibe. Service was excellent. The location of hotel is on side of road but in location you can walk to beach and local stores or eateries. There are little nat like bugs everywhere so be prepared. Staff was very kind, Uber is very cheap, 6 mins no traffic ride to local social areas. The hotel pool has happy hours daily with great drinks. Aesthetically pleasing.」

「The resort and grounds were absolutely beautiful, walkable and the beach was steps away. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Being both vegan and gluten free, I was so excited to see that each restaurant's online menu had 2-5 options available, so I didn't research other places. When we arrived, the menus were completely different and there were not as many options. Luckily the kind gentleman at Cafe 1736 told us about additional options at Plaza Nova, which was a short shuttle ride...

「Hotel stay was good. For the cost of the hotel there were a few areas of cleanliness in the room which could have been better. We book this hotel with the thought that there were balconies in the room. (noted picture and verbiage on web site) Don't be fooled as there are not balconies. 「The villa is situated right on the water. Kayak is available for sailing. The kitchen and bathroom are on ground floor are open air. Bedroom and 2nd toilet is located upstairs. Bedroom consists just of king size bed and night tables attached to the wall, no closet space. The area provides easy contact with nature and privacy, though is distant to dining and stores (about 20 min, drive). 」

「I found the location to be excellent, and the kitchenette well-stocked with cooking utensils. The manager, Cristobal, was also very helpful to me when I was having lots of challenges accessing the internet. I very much appreciated his kindness and help finding places nearby. 」
