I am so regret to make a reservation at Hotel Mariano and this is the reason WHY? I reached to this hotel in Rome at 10 PM with my wife, I already made a reservation #156552890544 to this hotel before TWO weeks and I have a reservation and confirmation number, and also I paid in full amount for my two days reservation. When I reached the front desk at 10 PM, I astonished when the front desk worker told me that there is no room for me and all the rooms are occupied. I called Hotels.com but they didn't assist me in this matter, the Hotels.com called Hotel Mariano and only reached with so bad solution with them that Hotel Mariano can take us to another hotel. My wife and I accepted that because the time is running and its passed the MIDNIGHT, then a worker took us WALKING after midnight to another hotel, and after we reached the other hotel its name Hotel D'ESTE, it was full, and they gave us a separate room outside the hotel belonging to the hotel's staff. Although the people working at Hotel D'ESTE were so good but the room was not good. It was so bad experience and also so bad because Hotels.com didn't find a probable solution for my reservation although I am a loyal customer for them. It was so bad experience from all aspects. I will never trust Hotel Mariano or go there again, and also my trust for Hotels.com went down because it didn't helped me in such a critical midnight issue for a reservation I already made and paid in full through Hotels.com.
