Clean, comfortable room. No hair-dryer, no safe, no mini-bar tough all specified in description. Shower only, no tub, which is normal for Italy. My big gripe is that this is a boutique hotel, which requires some special interaction with the owner - 'When are you arriving?' You need a code (actually two codes) to get in. If your phone battery is dead, you're up the creek. 'When are you checking out?' There should be a different category in Hotels.com for boutique hotels, and also apartment hotels, which are really AirBnB, because there is so much hassle checking in and out. Good point is there's a nice mini-market next door.
