Excellent location for my first time in Rome, within walking distance from both the Roman Forum and Colosseo. So many good restaurants to select from. The owners of this B&B, Eduardo and Allexandro, are extremely helpful and informative.

Located in the Roman Forum area it was ideal for walking to many of the sites. Nearby restaurants were convenient and the food was authentic and delicious. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a simple and tasty breakfast each morning. We would book here again.

A lovely oasis in the middle of Roma , right next to the Colloseum/Forum/Arch Arco di Settimio Severo/ Mercati di Traiano Museo dei Fori Imperiali /Victory museum areaand <5 min from Colloseum Metro station. This was very convenient because we could come back to the room and take a small break during the heat of the day.The room was very clean and had everything. Good choices for breakfast and a nice system of ordering it ahead. .They had good suggestions for things to do for 3 days we stayed. We would definitely stay here next time we will visit Roma.

I dont usually write reviews, but this place was so great, i had to let thers know what a gem this place is. Located just minutes away from almost everything you wish to see on a trip to Roma. It was our first time in Italy and we really enjoyed the light (but hardy) breakfast offered each day of our 5 night stay. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our trip, they offer a great map made up showing where most of the popular site are located from their b&b location. Colosseum only 5 minute walk. Other amazing ruins and a bunch of Great restaurants within 1 to 15 min walk. We hope to come back and stay again.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Our room was big with a queen bed and twin bed, desk, mini fridge, morning coffee/tea set up. Great location right by the Colosseum and many restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning and chatting with our wonderful hosts, Alessandro and Eduardo.

As literally every review describes, it's a must try if you find this available. The room is beyond comfortable and the owners are the best hosts in Rome. One of them (Eduardo) has a deep passion for movies directed by Greta Gerwig. If you do book a stay, please mention this to him! He will get a good laugh and would be incredible to start a little tradition for guests to pass on.

Hvis du leter etter et sted å bo sentralt i Roma, med rene rom, privatliv og utmerket service - er dette stedet å være. Min kone og jeg ankom på en torsdag ettermiddag og ble til søndag. Vi ble møtt av en veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom hotelleier, som guidet oss gjennom hotellrommet og forklarte hvordan dørene fra gateplan til hotellrommet ble betjent med forskjellige nøkler. Hotellrommet hadde flott utsikt over sentrale deler av Roma, og du hadde restauranter og folk som gikk forbi rett utenfor vinduet. Siden hotellet ligger i 4. etasje og lydisolasjonen var utmerket, kunne vi ikke høre noe når vinduene var lukket. Det ga en stor mengde privatliv og avslapning. Vi anbefaler dette stedet til par og familier som ønsker å bo på et hotell som ligger nær listen over ting å se og sørger for personvern og utmerket service.

Die Unterkunft ist super zentral gelegen und auch wenn an einer Hauptstrasse, ist es nachts ruhig. Das Frühstück wird tags zuvor bestellt und extra bereit gemacht. Die Besitzer sind äusserst freundlich und helfen gerne. Zimmer/Badezimmer sehr sauber. Gerne jederzeit wieder!
