"Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable lodging in a central location. Small water bottle in room at arrival would have been nice, but local mints in bathroom and Christmas chocolate on pillow were very thoughtful. Would also have liked to see homemade jam instead of high glucose factory stuff as an extra touch at breakfast. Blackout curtains worked and bathroom was modern and spacious. Would definitely stay again. "

"Übernachtung vor dem Getting Tough Race: um 19:45 nach 6 Stunden Fahrt durch Staus endlich angekommen. Hotel leer, klein Klingeln, kein Klopfen, selbst anrufen hilft nicht, Rezeption soll bis 20:00 besetzt sein. Als Taschenlampe raus und in den Innenhof, Suche nach offner Tür...Endlich. Entdecke Rezeptionistin in der Küche: "Ich war noch grad einkaufen...die Geschäfte machen ja um 20:00 zu..."Hmmm. Haus alt, Zimmer alt, zusammengewürfelt. "I chose this hotel due to its idyllic look & since I was traveling with 4 colleagues, they all booked here too. On arrival, found out you don’t stay in the schloss, rather a very unattractive side building, freezing cold, tiny room. The restaurant was closed, another reason I had chosen this hotel was because it had a restaurant, nobody told us it would be closed. Very poor. Classic Double Room | Hypo-allergenic bedding, in-room safe, desk, laptop workspace

"Room very clean and tidy with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were very nice and helpful bearing in mind that our German is very limited. Hotel is nicely situated with only a short walk in to town. Arnstadt has a beautiful old town centre with a great cafe opposite the Rathaus for afternoon coffee and strudel / ice cream sundaes etc . One of the few places open on Sunday. Nice place to stay for three or four days at least."

"Very clean and safe hotel. Spacious room. Excellent shower. Booked as a solo traveller and for some reason received a (small/narrow) single person duvet on a double bed. Made sleeping very uncomfortable and cold. Hotel a la carte restaurant was closed, only a buffet available.... Was very poor quality food and also not cheap. "

"The location was good. It was 10min walk from the station but very quiet. Close to restaurants and city centre, Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here if I come to Erfurt again."

"駅からとても近いので、夜遅くついたり、荷物が重い時には便利です。スタイリッシュなホテルですが、ミニマムな作りで洗面所にコップがないので歯磨きの時困りました。また部屋は駐車場に面していたのでカーテンは常に閉めていないと落ち着きませんでした。"

"駅やバス停のすぐそばでとても便利でした。経年劣化は感じますが、清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。カーテンを開けると線路や朝日が見えて、嬉しかったです。静かな環境で過ごすことができました。"
