Awesome Property
My husband and I wanted to get away for our 28th anniversary but didn’t want to go too far from home. This was the perfect place. We arrived after dark and the lighted pathway was perfect. So many little touches inside that were so precious. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had and it was such a peaceful stay. Beautiful home and fabulous view.

Relaxing weekend at this beautiful get away!
I have rented many places through the years, but this one was the BEST hands down! The property overlooks a blue water creek and rolling hills - the balcony is large and comfortable to sit outside to dine or relax taking in the gorgeous views. The owner has paid attention to every detail and the interiors are fresh and up to date with a great kitchen too! I can’t say enough about this perfect get away. We are planning our next trip to book this one again and again😊

My husband and I really enjoyed our mini getaway. The house and property was PERFECT. We loved the view from the deck. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and just being able to spend time together. Beautiful location
The house is wonderful. The location is very beautiful and peaceful. The inside appears to be recently updated and the beds were comfortable. Ms. Diana was a wonderful host and very accommodating. The personal touches made us feel more welcome, like the chocolates and breakfast food. There were board games in the living room that we could play, along with a TV, and WiFi. There was also a very friendly outdoor cat, Mr. Bengal, that we saw from time to time. We stayed for four days and if we ever plan to visit Rogersville again, we hope that we can stay here.

My best friend and I spent the weekend at this fabulous VRBO rental. We were greeted by Diana, the host/owner and she was so very nice and accommodating. She even had the fridge stocked with bacon, eggs and half and half. There were kcups in the cabinet. The house is beautiful. Beds are comfortable. Views are amazing. We enjoyed antique stores, local restaurants and massages at the Marriott Spa. We can't wait to go back.

Safe and quiet location. Very nice and clean! Comfortable living area with a nice size eat-in kitchen, laundry closet, and beautiful lake view from the spacious back deck. A few cons are the mattress in the larger bedroom is too soft and it sunk in when you lay on it. The bed frame in the smaller bedroom is fragile and felt like it was going to break so you had to lay still when you sleep in it. The larger bedroom’s temperature is warmer than the rest of the unit so we had to keep the door open for the cold air to circulate into the bedroom.

From the moment we stepped into this beautiful home, we were blown away. The house was spotless and very inviting. Diana is more than gracious as host and is always just a text away. If you are looking to get away for a few days or even longer, this home will not disappoint. And don’t even get me started on the view from the back porch as well as the relaxing atmosphere down at the pier. You will not be disappointed in this rental!

Such a relaxing getaway!
Diana is the VRBO hostess with the mostest! She has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The view is stunning, and the decor is amazing. I spent too much time in that tub! We spent a lot of time relaxing on the balcony, too. The bed was very comfy, and you won't want for anything. It was a convenient drive to the state park, Taste of Maine, and the Shoals/Florence. We had a great long weekend and would definitely recommend. Say hey to the pups for us! Don't worry, Luke will stop barking when he gets to know you. :) He's so soft and sweet!

Quad Cities North Alabama Lake House
My wife & I had no agenda other than getting away to enjoy some much needed together time. This property was absolutely perfect for that. Our host was gracious & promptly responded to any/all messages. The location was secluded with a wonderful view of the Blue Water Creek off the back deck. Had we been interested in fishing or other water-related activities they were easily accessible. Restaurants were plentiful - with two very good ones exytemely close by. Downtown Florence made for an enjoyable visit. We did one hike around the Wheeler State Park area, one waterfall in Tuscumbia, & one round of golf at The Shoals. But the majority of our time was spent at the house soaking in alot of peace & quiet & watching movies! Thank you to Diana for sharing her house with us! Tim & Missy Hattiesburg, MS

Great but not so good stay
We went for a four day stay to celebrate my husband‘s birthday. The house is great. It’s right on the river but the steps to go down to the dock where you fish is like really steep down the bank. Location is great it’s just out of town the fact that it’s a two I guess you would say apartment was OK. It was upstairs and down, but I think somebody lives in the downstairs and they control the heat and air for the upstairs which was really inconvenient the bed in the master. I guess you would call it master bedroom the mattress was like a marshmallow I mean you sunk right into it. We only slept on the bed one night and the other bedroom. The bed mattress was hard so we slept on the couch in the recliner. I guess it was a fair price. Some of the things were kind of weird they had a really nice propane fire pit with two empty propane tanks. I am not sure if we will ever revisit that property.
