Greentree getaway. Long business trip, extended stay, TDY, PCSing? Have the comfort of a house with all the amenities you could need. Fully furnished. Super clean. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master suite has a king size memory foam bed and a full bathroom with soaking tub and double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and shares a hallway full bathroom with the third bedroom having a full bed. WiFi included. Roku Tv and fire stick in every bedroom and tv and fire stick in living room. A work desk is in the living room. Washer and dryer, stocked kitchen to include coffee and Keurig. full garage gym, running/walking wooded trail in neighborhood. For your convenience there’s shampoo and soap in the bathrooms, dish washing liquid and dish washer soap for the kitchen, and laundry detergent and softener and all other cleaning supplies in the laundry room. Full fenced in backyard for kids to play.
Quiet, small neighborhood, perfectly located between Fayetteville and southern pines. 10 minutes from Fort Bragg with easy access to plank road gate and other gates to include All American with the new 295 bypass right up Raeford Road. Mark and Jess have a wonderful home. It is located close to post and many stores essential to a traveling family. The home is clean, spacious and in an inviting quiet neighborhood. The hosts are top notch, very accommodating and answer any questions you have immediately. I cannot think of a better place to stay when visiting the Fayetteville area.

Amazing host
Mark was very attentive, sent him a message about the heat not working he responded immediately and came to the house within 30 mins and started the fire place while heat guy was working on the unit. Nice neighborhood very quiet. Mark thank you and your wife for being understanding and accommodating with our stay. We will be back and plan to stay in your home.

Great Spacious Home!
We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and spacious for our family of 6. It is equipped with ample basic cooking supplies. The location of the home is slightly secluded but close to stores and restaurants. It’s about 3 miles from Walmart. The host communication was quick and I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for a month while in town working and I loved it. It was clean and comfortable and I had zero issues. Nice and safe neighborhood and responsive owners. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Very clean, convenient location, quiet neighborhood
This house is clean, and convenient to Raeford/Fayetteville. I was also impressed with ample supplies of towels, kitchen items, laundry detergent etc. Nice, big fenced backyard. My only suggestions are the front door lock needs to be changed due to easily stuck numbers and the oven needs to be repaired/replaced does not heat properly.

The property was just as advertised. Very quite neighborhood and convenient to amenities. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. Plenty of dishes and bath supplies. When we return to the Fayetteville area, we hope to stay there again.

Super Quite Neighborhood
Nice place to stay, and is super close to restaurants, shopping, and 295. The neighborhood is off the main hwy but you would never know because it’s super quite.

Wonderful and super clean. Location was quiet yet close to everything….. neighbors were very friendly and neighborhood was quiet. Property managers are immediately available to reply to any messages. Backyard was great for our dog…… Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

The house was spacious and clean. Quiet neighborhood. Newer appliances and large tvs. A gym in the garage and covered porch. Very nice, comfortable place to stay while visiting the raeford or Fayetteville area.
