"We had a GREAT time here!! Just beautiful scenery all around. The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed essentially. I was quite impressed with how comfortable we actually were. There was a temporary power outage but it didn’t last long and management not only delivered more wood to us but also gave it to us for free as we wanted to spend our time outdoors during the outage. Im super happy to have had this experience and would absolutely be doing it again!! Thank you Postcard...

"It is certainly a cabin in the quiet woods which you would normally find in northern Vermont. We loved everything about it. My Three Sons grew up tent camping in the Yale Forest and this was that, only with a log cabin replacing Eureka tents! We loved sitting around the massive firepit and feeding the flames with plenty of seasoned, dry hardwood, cooking several meals on the coals with pie irons and steak prongs. Just loved it. "

"our annual girls (5) trip took us to Branford, CT this year. It was awesome to have a private beach access even though we couldn’t get in the water, but it was great for strolls and shell collecting. Would definitely do better with a second bathroom, but we managed just fine. Overall, it’s a nice little place to stay for a getaway. My only issue is not with the hosts or place, but with one of the fees and the checkout process. However, it does not take away from our stay. "

"Our family ranged in ages from 13 to 96. We were 12 people for a couple days and then 10. We all had a marvelous time and my mom just can’t stop talking about how beautiful the view and the antique furniture was. "We stayed here to attend a wedding at the nearby River House and it was perfect. We were super close to the venue, the place was cozy but large enough to be comfortable and was clean. "This quaint bungalow, within walking distance of the Guilford Village and Green, was the perfect place for my husband and me. "This property was awesome. Very cozy little house. Exceptionally clean and just enough for two people. The property is spotless and well kept. You could just feel the hospitality within the home. Our host John communicated very well. There is everything you need. The views of the CT River are beautiful. We had dinner at the Gelston House and saw a show at the Goodspeed which are just a 2 minute ride or 10 minute walk across the bridge. Great home for sure. Definitely five out of stars and more. "

"The house really sits on its beach with a rock surrounded natural pool at high tide. The weather was CRAZY with rain and wind. The house held the temperature and was comfortable as the temps dropped below freezing! FYI the 4th bedroom with the trundle bed hasn’t a door so hence not a lot of privacy. But we were all good friends;) it was a comfortable space for 5 women who were good friends"
