「A great place with charm and convenience to downtown.Parking was super easy and very walkable access to downtown.The place was very chic, had a cool vibe and was very well laid out.We had guests over and appreciated the full kitchen.」

「The apartment is in an old house. There have been some updates but nothing too crazy. It was clean and the location was great for walking to restaurants, little shops, bars or the park. Working with Irene was easy. She was quick to answer my questions. 」

「Well-maintained older (1910) multi-family home on quiet street, very close walking distance to Grandin Village stores and restaurants. We had 3 generations stay here for a family gathering in Roanoke. Location is close to everything (though Roanoke streets themselves can be winding and confusing). Would definitely stay here again for future visits.」

「Convenient location. Adequate place to stay but could use some TLC. Street lights from the church across the street shined very brightly in the bedroom window so some room darkening curtains would be helpful. The only bathroom is in the bedroom so this was awkward with my friend staying with me. The host was quick to respond and helpful with questions.」

「I was completely impressed as soon as I walked in. The bed is super comfy. The space is well decorated. The owners supplied the essentials. Unfortunately my trip was cut short due to the snow storm but I do plan to stay there again.」

「This is an unusual property. It is a reused building which is good but it is designed and updated very nicely. My unit would only fit 2 people at the most. It had a luxury dorm feel to it. It is secure and there are no stairs to climb. The location is great to quickly get almost anywhere in the Roanoke area. My host was very attentive and quickly answered any questions I had」

「Great hospitality and location. Karen and Bruce were very nice. Our stay was great. 」

「We were in town for the week for hockey and loved that everything was within walking distance from food & drinks to the Dawgs Hockey rink. We even walked to a couple museums. Very clean! Enjoy the sun on the back deck. 」

「Perfect for place for us and priced reasonably. Owner was responsive and helpful, keyless check in made it easy, location was convenient, house was charming and pool table was an excellent addition. We live in a different state but have a daughter that has relocated to the area and we will try to use this home for all our future visits and stays in the area.」
