「I have stayed in many high end resorts internationally and I have never experienced such a high level of customer-focused service. Every waiter, bartender, pool attendant and bell person was laser focused on guest satisfaction. My personal cuates team tended to our every need in a timely and courteous manner. The property and suites were gorgeous and immaculate. The restaurants were amazing. This is the premier resort in Punta de Mita. 」

「Muy buen lugar, las fotos ya no son recientes, se ve que acaban de remodelar, pero muy buenas instalaciones, deben de avisar 20 min antes de que lleguen para que alguien los reciba.」

「The hotel has lovely grounds, and is quite quiet. It is said to have an excellent restaurant but we didn't eat there. Our room was very comfortable but the sliding doors on the patio didn't lock. The bellhop had a carpenter cut two pieces of wood to secure the door. We were satisfied with this response. We would recommend Garza Canela. 」
