「The owner was very nice and responsive, so the communication was great, but the house needs a lot of work and cleaning! Sheets and towels were a problem with not being clean or having enough. It’s a catch twenty two bc the beach access and location are GREAT!!!」

Spacious and totally secluded home with pool, deck with views, and several patios, surrounded by lush jungle. You won’t see another person or house. 「Property was as described. Hosts were incredibly responsive. Unit was comfortable. Terrace was especially nice to sit on. Only challenge is the restrictions on guests (which the hosts were clear about from the start so there were no surprises). Being from PR, we have family there we would have liked to invite over but that was not possible. However, the resort itself had lots of options for meeting places or you could drive just a few miles to the kioskos of Luquillo. 」

「Josie was helpful and responded to our requests. The unit was somewhat run down and tired. We were lacking towels the first week (2 decent bath ones, 1 thin bath one for two people). The bottom sheet didn’t stay on bed. We were supplied with more towels and better sheets but not until the second week.」

「The hacienda is even more beautiful in person. You are literally in the tree tops and views are gorgeous. The inside of the house was very clean, the beds not so comfortable, I tried 2 beds. The bedroom outside was scary and no one wanted to sleep in it( looks like a shack) that was unfortunate because it looks nothing like the peaceful exotic pictures it portrays . The pool is a nice area (needs better upkeep overall) we arrived on Friday and the pool didn’t get cleaned until Monday, we left...
