「This property was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Ryan was very responsive when contacted. This place has a beautiful scenery. This was a family vacation of 16 with ages ranging from 40- 1yr old and everyone enjoyed their stay. I would highly recommend this location!」

「A beautiful slice of Puerto Rico when staying at this property. It’s a perfect location, close to El Yunque, several beaches to snorkel, Old San Juan, basically anywhere you would want to go on PR. Luis is the consummate host & will answer any & all questions for you. I cannot say enough positive things about the property and Luis. All in all, it was a perfect vacation! Thank you again, Luis!!」

「We brought our kids and grandkids (11 of us total) and it was great that each family unit got their own section of the villa. The pool was great and well stocked with toys, floaties and yard games. The view of the ocean was amazing from each level of the villa. We enjoyed lots of excursions, restaurants and activities, most of which were less than 30 minutes away.」

「We went to Puerto Rico specifically to explore the rainforest. This condo is minutes away from El Yunque and makes it convenient to get there early to avoid heavy traffic. Palmer/Luquillo area is full of great restaurants and close to many excursions. The condo itself was clean, beds comfortable and the owner was easily reachable and answered several questions about local attractions. The beach had a lot of walking distance and wasn’t overcrowded. Great vacation!」

「The owner was very nice and responsive, so the communication was great, but the house needs a lot of work and cleaning! Sheets and towels were a problem with not being clean or having enough. It’s a catch twenty two bc the beach access and location are GREAT!!!」

「Lovely house for a PR family/group vacation. The pool was refreshing during the August heat and the ocean views and access are unbeatable. AC in different areas of the house and street parking was not a problem. I’d highly recommend it. The w/d had issues during our stay but the hosts were kind and accommodating. 」

「The hacienda is even more beautiful in person. You are literally in the tree tops and views are gorgeous. The inside of the house was very clean, the beds not so comfortable, I tried 2 beds. The bedroom outside was scary and no one wanted to sleep in it( looks like a shack) that was unfortunate because it looks nothing like the peaceful exotic pictures it portrays . The pool is a nice area (needs better upkeep overall) we arrived on Friday and the pool didn’t get cleaned until Monday, we left...

「This villa is absolutely wonderful!! It was spotlessly clean on our arrival, we can’t fault anything about it! It’s everything as described and more. It’s in a perfect location! The outside space (pool area) is fantastic! It was so peaceful sitting on the balcony listening to the sounds of the waves on the beach!!
