This listing is for the entire duplex, which includes two separate units (upstairs and downstairs). The large fenced backyard has a playground, trampoline and fire pit for the whole family or group to enjoy.

Please note that there are separate exterior entrances for both units, but the same door code will work for both doors. The two units are NOT connected on the interior. They are completely separate.

The backyard is a shared space for the whole group to enjoy.
