Charming Historic 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home located just steps from all the action in Richmond, Virginia. Explore the tree-lined streets and charming shops of North Churchill, or take a walk or bike ride along the James River. See a show at the Altria Theater or the Richmond Symphony, or sample the city's extremely diverse cuisine. The home sleeps up to 10 guests via 5 comfy full-size beds. Richmond Oasis
Interior was clean and well appointed. The photos do not show that the rental was up a steep set of steps just to get to the lawn. Not in the least handicap accessible which is not noted in the write-up. The upstairs rear bathroom's door was broken as well as the lavatory stopper rod was disconnected. The toilet roll holder of the upper rear bathroom and the downstairs bathroom had missing mounting brackets. Multiple blinds on both floors had multiple partial or missing slats. Two of those who were going to stay declined to do so in part because of the neighborhood and the lack of adequate parking. The rest left a day early in part because of the neighborhood.

Stayed for Softball Tournament
We arrived late on Friday evening. The house was as described, clean, well stocked and easy to access. The neighborhood is a little spicy- definitely active at night. I would say the area is in transition. We would stay here again.

Exactly what was needed
Stayed with friends for a girls trip. Convenient location. Marvin was responsive. Only issue was the towels and washcloths were beyond gently used (bleach stains). Luckily, we had brought our own anyway. Wouldn’t mind staying here again.
