気になった点 : スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and to our surprise the hotel does not offer any room service after first night including no towels change or any other room service. Completely unheard off based on my last 20yrs staying in hotels around the world including US.
Requested front desk to get towels and after 1.5hrs had to go to front desk requesting a set of towels and got to hear a lame excuse they got the wrong room. I thought when you can front desk they can see which room you are calling from - funny.
There was no mention on the website that Pools are getting renovated. You pay the premium amount for the room to find out the basic amenities like pool - fitness center was so small that only 3-4 people can work out at any time.
I will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
